Dr. Jody Abrams
Dr. Jody Abrams is a board-certified ophthalmologist at the Sarasota Retina Institute specializing exclusively in neuro-ophthalmology and oculoplastic surgery. Fellowship-trained under Dr. Thomas Spoor in Detroit and a former chief resident at LSU Health Science Center, Dr. Abrams focuses on complex visual issues, optic nerve disorders, double vision, and eyelid abnormalities.
Dr. Prem Subramanian
Dr. Prem Subramanian, MD, PhD, is the Clifford R. and Janice N. Merrill Endowed Chair in Ophthalmology and Chief of Neuro-Ophthalmology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. An internationally recognized expert in orbitocranial surgery and neuro-ophthalmology, Dr. Subramanian specializes in complex visual conditions, adult strabismus, and the medical and surgical management of Thyroid Eye Disease. He actively conducts clinical research to advance novel treatments for progressive thyroid ophthalmopathy.
