My name is Junco Norton and I suffer from AMD (dry) and glaucoma. Having completed a career in management, I have switched gears and now dedicate my time and energy to painting, a passion that I’ve nurtured since childhood. Having discovered the beauties of Japanese paper, especially the versatilities of rice paper for collage, I’ve been applying colors to rice paper and then collating it onto firm surfaces, rendering images with harmonious forms and tones so characteristic of Japanese artistic expression.
