Join the the Bay Area Chapter for the fall Vision Connection, hosted at the Palo Alto branch of the Vista Center for the Blind & Visually Impaired.
For the first time, we are offering a hybrid option for the Bay Area Vision Connection. Community members in the South Bay Area and on the Peninsula are encouraged to attend in person. The Zoom option is available for anyone outside of this region unable to access the event in person. Note: The Zoom link will be sent the week of the event.

Postdoctoral Scholar, Ophthalmology Department
Stanford University
Dr. Sierra Foshe is a Stanford postdoctoral researcher who was diagnosed with ABCA4-associated Stargardt disease and uses computational and AI tools to study inherited retinal disease. Dr. Foshe will be sharing the story of how her diagnosis shaped her research experience and led to her current projects.
