Envisioning a Path to Hope
The Foundation Fighting Blindness presents this new initiative, expanding connections with eye care professionals all over the U.S. to provide knowledge, community, and hope to patients with retinal degenerative diseases and their families. Please join us in sharing the Foundation Fighting Blindness’ valuable resources with your local eye care professionals.
There are several ways to share the Foundation with the eye care professionals in your personal network:
- Screenshot the Envisioning a Path to Hope QR code logo and share it with your eye care professional.
- Print the Envisioning a Path to Hope logo and QR code and provide them to your eye care professional.
- Email the link to the Envisioning a Path to Hope landing page on the Foundation’s website.
Help Spread the Word
If you are interested in joining the Foundation to spread awareness about available resources for patients diagnosed with a blinding disease, download and print out one of the Envisioning a Path to Hope sticker PDFs below. These stickers (available in color and black & white) include the message "Ask Me About the Foundation Fighting Blindness" and include a QR code that can be scanned directly to take the user to the eye care professional section of the Foundation website.
These PDFs were created so you can print them out on Avery labels. There are two designs available — a circle and a rectangle. Downloadable templates are available for Avery 5395 (rectangle) and Avery 22830 (circle).
