Dr. Zackery Oakey is a local retina specialist practicing at Blue Coast Retina in Irvine. After studying neuroscience and conducting research at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), he earned his medical degree from the University of Utah and completed his specialized eye training right here in Orange County as Chief Resident at UC Irvine.
