Hugo Gallegos-Ortiz brings a wealth of professional and personal insight to the world of assistive technology. Being completely blind himself, Hugo draws from his lived experience to help others navigate the digital world. His professional background includes experience working with major corporations such as The Walt Disney Company and Marriott, providing him with a unique perspective on accessibility in the workplace.
What began as informally sharing tech tips with friends grew into a dedicated career in advocacy and education. Today, Hugo provides both group instruction and personalized one-on-one training at the Braille Institute, helping individuals build the confidence and independence needed to thrive through technology.
