The Professional Outreach team’s Michelle Glaze will be co-hosting a collaborative webinar about employment and resources for individuals with vision loss with Mike Hess, Founder and Executive Director of the Blind Institute of Technology.

Mike is a tech veteran who has managed 7-figure projects for multiple Fortune 500 companies. He attributes his success to the invaluable skills he developed because of his blindness. He has leveraged his success to change corporate America’s stigmas and misperceptions of blind and visually impaired professionals leading to the creation of the Blind Institute of Technology. Mike has used his organization to build partnerships and has placed many blind or visually impaired professionals in Fortune 500 companies nationwide.
