Join the Foundation Fighting Blindness for an enriching afternoon designed for the blind and low-vision community. This event offers a supportive space to share resources, learn about the latest research, and gear up for the upcoming VisionWalk!

- Dr. Kevin Ferenchak, MD
A member of the Emory University faculty, Dr. Ferenchak is an expert in vitreoretinal surgery and inherited retinal diseases (IRD). He is at the forefront of medical innovation, leading clinical trials in gene and cell therapy to combat genetic vision loss. An award-winning educator recognized by Harvard and Mayo Clinic, Dr. Ferenchak is dedicated to clinical excellence and the future of retinal medicine. - Matthew Reeves, LPC, CRC
Matthew is a legally blind Licensed Professional Counselor and founder of Integral Mental Health Services. Specializing in the intersection of disability and mental health, Matthew hosts the inSight Out podcast to help others navigate the emotional aspects of vision loss. Living with Stargardt disease, he brings a unique “lived-experience” approach to helping the community find confidence and identity.
