Meet Our Speakers

  • Dr. Elisabeth Morray is a licensed psychologist and the VP of Clinical Operations at Alma, a behavioral health technology company supporting nearly 24,000 clinicians. She has a strong background in behavioral health practice, training, and leadership. With expertise in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Process-Based Therapy (PBT), she focuses on applying psychological flexibility to strengthen the therapeutic relationship and process. 
  • Rebecca Alexander, LCSW-R, MPH, is an award-winning author, psychotherapist, speaker, and disability advocate. Trained in Attachment-Focused Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and the psychological impact of progressive disability. Her personal experience with Usher syndrome deeply informs her compassionate and evidence-based approach, empowering clients to build resilience and connection.
