Chapter President's Message
Welcome to the Big Apple! The award winning New York City Chapter of the Foundation Fighting Blindness provides extensive citywide and local opportunities for information sharing and networking while engaging members in our efforts to find a cure for retinal diseases.
Our networking support groups meet monthly and include Young Professionals, Stargardt's, Manhattan and Queens General Memberships. At these meetings, members can share challenges common to the visually impaired community and identify solutions.
The chapter hosts citywide presentations on the latest in research and technology. And most importantly, our chapter supports the Foundation Fighting Blindness in raising money to find cures for retinal diseases. Upcoming events include our 14th Annual VisionWalk fundraiser taking place in Central Park on April 11, 2020.
Please join our community and work with us to support one another and find a cure.
